Kiev Office Market Overview, Q1 2016

• In Q1 2016 only one new business centre was commissioned: BC Irva, phase III (7,100 sq m, Class B).
• At the end of Q1 2016 the vacancy rate amounted 23.3%, which is 90 bps less than at the end of Q4 2015 and 380 bps less than for the corresponding period in 2015.
• In Q1 2016 the net absorption in the Kiev office market amounted around 17,500 sq m, that is 28% higher than in Q1 2015.
• In Q1 2016 prime base rent decreased slightly up to USD340sq m/ year (USD28sq m/ month) from USD350sq m/year (USD29sq m/ month).
