Kiev Office Market Overview, Q3 2015

  • ​​In Q3 2015 10,600 sq m entered the market which is only 29% of all the new supply in Q1-Q3 2015
  • At the end of Q3 2015 the vacancy rate amounted 26.9%, which is 30 bps less than at the end of Q2 2015. Vacancy rate decline was noticed in all Classes
  • In Q3 2015 the net absorption in Kiev was 30% lower than in Q2 2015 and amounted 12,300 sq m
  • In Q3 2015 the prime base rent stood stable and amounted USD350 sq m/year (USD29sq m/month).
