Retail Market Outlook, Q3 2015

  • ​​In Q1-Q3 2015 only one project entered the market – Doma Center (8,000 sq m of GLA). In Q3 2015 no quality shopping centres entered the market
  • In Q3 2015 demand remained low. Local retailers continued their expansion
  • In Q3 2015 vacancy rate in Kiev amounted 7.5% that is by 90 bps less than in Q2 2015
  • In Q3 2015 prime base rent stood stable at USD840 sq m pa triple net primarily due to the exchange rate stabilization.
