  • In Q2 2015 vacancy rate decreased by 80bps and amounted 8.4%. Over the year the vacancy rate grew by 20 bps. 
  • In Q2 2015 prime base rent stood stable and came to USD840 sq m per annum (USD70sq m/ month) triple net.
