New appointments in Jones Lang LaSalle, Kiev, Ukraine

Moscow - Kiev, 31 July 2009 – Daniil Vladov, Associate Director has been appointed Head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Representative Office in Kiev, Ukraine.

This follows the departure of Peter Honey, who has returned to Jones Lang LaSalle’s London office to support the growth of a firm’s European Corporate Solutions business.

Daniil takes over day-to-day management responsibility for the office and will also head the firm’s ongoing business development and client relationship activities. Daniil, who is well known in the local business community for his retail market knowledge, will help drive the growth of the business at a time when the firm is committed to maintaining its presence in Ukraine and supporting the leading market players in their activities.

Daniil has been with the firm for 2 years previously heading the Retail Department, which is one of Jones Lang LaSalle’s core business lines in Ukraine.

He graduated from Kiev Institute for Foreign Relations.
German Panikar, Associate Director, will continue to focus on Capital Markets business, which is a central part of our long term business strategy in Kiev, and will continue to be responsible for managing relations with foreign and Ukrainian investors.

German has been working in Jones Lang LaSalle since autumn 2007 and gained reputation of a reputable market expert.

He has more than 12 years of professional experience in finance and investing, including 9 years of solid experience in Real Estate.
German graduated from Shevchenko University, International Economics faculty. He holds Ph.D. in Investments and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.

As the two Senior members of the Ukrainian team Daniil and German will work together to continue to drive Jones Lang LaSalle’s business whilst General Director responsibilities for the business are being transferred to Moscow. This will allow the firm to manage the business finances and keep the administrative workload to a minimum.
