New Leaders of Retail Group, JLL Russia & CIS


​​​Moscow​, 21 December, 2016 – JLL has announced key appointments in its Retail Group to further strengthen its leadership in Moscow, regions as well as CIS countries. Ekaterina Zemskaya joined JLL as Regional Director, Head of Retail Group, and Polina Zhilkina appointed National Director, Head of Retail Advisory.

Ekaterina Zemskaya has over 12 years of experience in the retail real estate market. In 2004-2012, she worked for JLL as National Director, Head of Shopping Centres Leasing, and successfully completed a number of award-winning large-scale projects in Moscow and other regions, e.g. Galeria and Leto malls in St. Petersburg, Royal Park in Novosibirsk, Aura in Surgut, and MoreMall in Sochi. Since the end of 2012, as Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, she led many successful projects among which Metropolis (phase II), Oceania, Horosho! and Vodny in Moscow, TAU Gallery in Saratov, Kristall and City Mall in Tyumen.

Ekaterina works with large development and investment companies, for instance, ENKA TC, Hines, Capital Partners, TPS Real Estate, ADG Group, and Immofinanz.

Polina Zhilkina has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate market. Polina started career in real estate consulting in 2000 at JLL. During her first tenure at JLL, she worked on key retail real estate projects in Moscow including Atrium, Schuka, Metropolis, and EuroPark, etc. In 2007-2012, she led research and concept development in ADG Group and PPF Real Estate Russia, being in charge of mall project insights and marketing in various regions of Russia. Late 2012 to early 2016, Polina worked for CBRE as the Head of Strategic Consulting, leading the advisory business for projects across all real estate sectors. Lately, she was the Head of Retail Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield.

Polina’s portfolio includes large Russian and international companies, including PPF Real Estate Russia, Immofinanz, Basel, Metro Group, IKON, ADG Group, FSK Lider, Nordstar Development, and Domodedovo Airport.
