JLL announces the new Managing Director in Russia & CIS

​​Moscow20 February, 2015 – Global real estate advisor JLL announces changes in its top management in Russia & CIS region. Tom Devonshire-Griffin is appointed Managing Director in Russia & CIS. Charles Boudet is promoted to Executive Chairman.

Tom Devonshire-Griffin.jpgTom joined JLL' Moscow office in 2008 as Head of Capital Markets. In the time of the global crisis he maintained and strengthened the most professional and successful Capital Markets team in the Russian real estate market. Over the last four years Tom led over $5bn transactions including four largest asset investment transactions in Russian Real estate to date: the sale of the Galeria shopping centre in St. Petersburg, the sale of White Square Office Centre, the sale of White Gardens Office Centre and the sale of Metropolis Shopping Centre in Moscow. Due to his outstanding contribution to the company's business success, Tom was promoted to Regional Director in 2012, and to Executive Board Member in 2013.

Boudet_portrait_lit.jpgCharles Boudet will step into the role of Executive Chairman of JLL, Russia & CIS. In his new role Charles will focus on the company's strategic development and key clients' relations.
