Moscow, 30 June, 2014 — Verny Capital Group and the international consulting company JLL have signed an agreement for providing exclusive consulting services regarding property management of the Talan Towers multifunctional complex in Astana, at the design and construction stages. The project with the GBA of 120,000 sq m is set to symbolize a new development stage of Kazakhstan's real estate market.
Talan Towers multifunctional complex will be constructed in the centre of Astana, on the left bank of the river Ishim, in the most promising and actively developing district of the capital. Location in close vicinity to Astana's landmark, Bayterek monument, and to the residence of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to Turkestan and Dostyk streets, will guarantee the object's recognition, viability and the status of a leading premium asset of Kazakhstan.
Talan Towers will consist of two buildings with 27 and 30 floors. The first tower will comprise Class A office premises with the GBA of 33,600 sq m, while the 3-storey podium will host a retail zone with the area of 11,000 sq m including a luxury fashion gallery, restaurants, cafes and a two-level underground car parking. In the second tower there will be The Ritz-Carlton hotel with 157 rooms, as well as luxury apartments in the seven upper floors. At present, the underground car parking is being constructed on the site. The commissioning of the first tower is scheduled for 2015, while the second one is expected to be commissioned in 2016.
The project's investor is Verny Capital Group from Kazakhstan. Under the contract, JLL is responsible for providing a full range of services related to engineering construction control and for administrative issues regarding the object's future property and facility management. The investments into Talan Towers multifunctional complex construction will reach $350 million.
