Changes in the Board of Directors of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS

Moscow, 18 January 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS announces changes in the Board of Directors.

Tom Devonshire-Griffin, Head of Capital Markets, is appointed to Executive Board Member. Tom has been working for Jones Lang LaSalle since 2008, and due to his important contribution to the company’s business success, was appointed to Regional Director in 2012. Amongst other achievements, during last two years Tom led over $3.5bn transactions including the biggest single asset investment transaction in Russian Real estate to date: the sale of the Galeria shopping centre in St Petersburg. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Tom led investment activities of King Sturge in Czech Republic and the UK.

In the same time, Andrey Postnikov resigns from his current positions on the Board of Directors for Russia & CIS and Regional Director within Capital Markets. Andrey would like to continue his career in real estate development and investment in Russia.

Andrey joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2003. During his 10 year successful career with the firm, Andrey built and led our market leading Tenant Representations business till 2009 and launched our Project management service line back in 2007. Over the past 2 years, Andrey focused on developing relationships with the key local developers and investors, contributing to an outstanding Capital markets track record as well as agency and advisory businesses.
