The third phase of multifunctional complex Domosfera opens in Kiev

Kiev - Moscow, 9 August 2011 - As a part of multifunctional complex Domosfera  the shopping and entertainment center of 38,000 sq m will be opened in the third quarter of 2012 in Kiev. Jones Lang LaSalle is appointed as an exclusive consultant to attract the tenants to the project.

The concept of the two-level SEC includes the opening of the grocery hypermarket, a hypermarket of home appliances and electronics, and a shopping gallery with more than 70 stores. A large entertainment area with a multiplex cinema, children's entertainment center, bowling, billiards, restaurants and a food court is also planned in the Shopping and Entertainment Center.

Anna Chubotina, Head of Retail Department of Jones Lang LaSalle (Ukraine), comments: "The multifunctional complex Domosfera is the first Ukrainian project presenting different formats of commercial real estate united by a common concept. Today we are in negotiations with anchor tenants of Shopping and Entertainment Center Domosfera. In September we will start an active campaign of working with the tenants of the shopping gallery, restaurants, etc. The main emphasis will be placed on attracting new brands to Ukrainian market”.

After opening of the SEC, three-star hotel-apartment complex Ramada Encore, class B+ office center the total area of the multifunctional complex Domosfera will reach 129,533 sq m including the already successful Domosfera Shopping Center. Multifunctional complex Domosfera is located at the intersection of three major city-forming highways: Stolichnoe Shosse St., Akademika Zabolotnogo St. and Dnepropetrovskoe Shosse St.  The Jones Lang LaSalle Strategic Consulting Department is now creating the concept of the fourth phase of multifunctional complex that will become the conceptual connecting element of the entire project.
